Morro is part of an initiative to help people who dream of living abroad not just with emotion, but with understanding.

Many people feel excited about moving to another country like Japan, but often end up confused by the cultural differences and the cost of living. That's where Morro comes in.

Morro provides two main experiences:

• Cultural Simulation an AI-powered chat that recreates real Japanese workplace and daily-life scenarios, helping users understand etiquette and communication before they arrive.
• Financial Simulation a practical budgeting tool that helps users estimate the real cost of living abroad.

Morro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. You can use the app without login or registration.

All chat conversations, preferences, and progress data are stored locally on your device and never uploaded to any server.

Since no personal data is collected, Morro does not use, sell, or share user data for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

To deliver core features, the app may connect to:

• Morro Server only to retrieve cultural simulation content and language resources.
• OpenAI API to generate AI-based responses for cultural conversations.

These services do not receive, log, or store any user messages or personal identifiers. The interaction is temporary and limited to the content required to generate AI responses.

All user progress, preferences, and conversation history are stored securely on your device using local storage mechanisms. Deleting the app will remove all associated data permanently.

Morro uses minimal third-party services necessary to operate the app:

• OpenAI API for AI-driven responses. View their privacy policy
• Morro Content Server for cultural learning content. No user data transmitted.

No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks are included.

All connections between Morro and its servers are encrypted via HTTPS to maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Because Morro does not store personal data, the risk of exposure is minimized.

Since no personal data is collected or stored externally, no further action is required to delete or request your data. All user information remains under your control simply uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
